Sometime around May, Chevy will introduce the Android platform on their vehicles. Most new Chevy today come with Wifi compatibility and you pay per data (Via AT&T). I have tried some Chevy vehicles myself this year and I was very impressed with the tech that they have in these cars and for the price itself. I wouldn’t be surprised if I see some Google maps displayed on some screens.
New screens according to the sources will be an inch bigger. Current models that do not have navigation will have to download an app so that the screen can have the navigation working. Prices for the app runs from $1 and up. We have to wait until next year to see what Chevy has to offer along with Android (Google).
